The Journey to Khao Yai
The journey from Bangkok to Khao Yai takes approximately 3 hours. To ensure your "Journey of Love" begins smoothly, we have arranged dedicated transport for our guests.
1. Complimentary Wedding Shuttle
Date: 29 January 2027
Pick-up Location: BKK Suvarnabhumi Airport (Arrival Hall, Level 2)
Meeting Point: Inside the terminal, near Exit Gate 3.
Shuttle Schedule:

Shuttle A: Departs at 11:30 AM

Shuttle B: Departs at 12:30 PM
Flight Recommendation for Hong Kong Guests: To comfortably catch our scheduled shuttles after immigration, we highly recommend selecting flights departing HKG between 07:00 AM and 09:00 AM. These typically arrive at BKK between 09:00 AM – 11:00 AM.

2. Finding the Meeting Point
BKK Airport can be busy! Follow these steps to find us:

Immigration & Luggage: After clearing customs, head to the Arrival Hall on Level 2.

Locate Gate 3: Walk through the terminal toward Exit Gate 3.

Look for the Sign: Our wedding representative will be waiting near Gate 3 holding a sign that says:
"A&M: THE JOURNEY OF LOVE"

Check-in: Please check in with the team. They will coordinate the group for the 3-hour scenic drive to Mövenpick Resort Khao Yai.
3. Departure Transfer
Date: 31 January 2027
After our final celebration, shuttles will depart from the resort to take you back to Bangkok.

To BKK Airport: Departs at 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM

To Bangkok City Centre: Departs at 12:00 PM
Flight Recommendation:Since the drive to the airport takes around 3 hours, we recommend choosing return flights that depart after 04:00 PM to allow sufficient time for travel and check-in.
4. Private & Independent Travel
If you are arriving on a different date, staying extra nights, or simply prefer a private car, we have a trusted local partner to help you.
