The Journey to Khao Yai
The journey from Bangkok to Khao Yai takes approximately 3 hours. To ensure your "Journey of Love" begins smoothly, we have arranged dedicated transport for our guests.
1. Flying to Thailand

2. Complimentary Wedding Shuttle

Pick-up Location: BKK Suvarnabhumi Airport (Arrival Hall, Level 2)
Meeting Point: Inside the terminal, near Exit Gate 3.

Flight Recommendation for Hong Kong Guests: To comfortably catch our scheduled shuttles after immigration, we highly recommend selecting flights departing HKG between 07:00 AM and 09:00 AM. These typically arrive at BKK between 09:00 AM – 11:00 AM.
3. Guest Safety & Airport Transportation to Khao Yai
We understand you may have safety concerns when traveling by long-distance bus to Khao Yai. Please be assured that your personal safety, security, and peace of mind are our absolute, non-negotiable priorities.
To ensure seamless and completely worry-free travel, we have partnered exclusively with a reputable, fully licensed Thai travel agency, Sightseeing Group Thailand Travel Limited, to manage all private airport charters. We have established rigorous safety protocols for every single trip:
3.1 Dedicated Airport Meet & Greet (Inside Arrival Hall)
You do not need to navigate the public taxi queues or search outside. Uniformed representatives from Sightseeing Group Thailand will be waiting inside the arrival hall holding a clear, personalized wedding sign. They will escort you directly to our private charter vehicles in the official parking bay without any external stops.
3.2 Verified Driver & Fleet Directory
Every vehicle and chauffeur is pre-screened and registered. We hold a complete official directory of all assigned drivers—including their verified full names, direct contact numbers, vehicle license plates, and copies of valid commercial driving licenses.
3.3 Strict, Pre-Approved Highway Routes
All transfer vans must strictly adhere to major national intercity expressways (Highway 9, Highway 1 / Phahonyothin Road, and Highway 2 / Mittraphap Road) traveling directly northeast toward Mövenpick Resort Khao Yai. No vehicle is permitted to take unauthorized detours, rural backroads, or approach border jurisdictions.
3.4 Real-Time GPS Tracking & Live Monitoring
Every vehicle in our chartered fleet is equipped with real-time GPS tracking. Our wedding coordination team monitors the live journey of each van from Bangkok departure to resort arrival, ensuring you are supported and accounted for at all times.
You can travel with full confidence and excitement—all you need to do is sit back, relax in air-conditioned comfort, and enjoy the scenic ride into the hills of Khao Yai!
4. Finding the Meeting Point
BKK Airport can be busy! Follow these steps to find us:

Immigration & Luggage: After clearing customs, head to the Arrival Hall on Level 2.

Locate Gate 3: Walk through the terminal toward Exit Gate 3.

Look for the Sign: Our wedding representative will be waiting near Gate 3 holding a sign that says:
"Michelle & Aaron THE JOURNEY OF LOVE"

Check-in: Please check in with the team. They will coordinate the group for the 3-hour scenic drive to Mövenpick Resort Khao Yai.
5. Departure Transfer
Date: 31 January 2027
After our breakfast and saying goodbye, shuttles will depart from the resort to take you back to Bangkok.

Flight Recommendation: Since the drive to the airport takes around 3 hours, we recommend choosing return flights that depart after 04:00 PM to allow sufficient time for travel and check-in.

If you are arriving on a different date, staying extra nights, or simply prefer a private car, we have a trusted local partner to help you.
